In this study we measure the fair value of Santos Brasil
S.A., a firm that is
responsible for the concession of the container terminal of
the Santos port,
through the Discounted Cash Flow Method (DCF)
We analyse quantitative and qualitative information in
order to assess the
current and future potential of the company and to analyse
the potential to
generate value to its shareholders.
By using a combination of DCF and multiples analysis tools,
along with the
quantitative data researched, we obtain an estimate of the
fair value of the firm.
