|
The main goal for this thesis is to analyze if the XYZ
workers are satisfied
with their jobs. The criteria was the two factors theory
elaborated by Herzberg,
witch is explained in this paper.
There were used some information that were given by the
company such as
the results of the environmental research made by the
organization, turnover
rate, turnover and RH members interview. We also studied
the main motivational
theories, the environmental and the research about it.
