Resumo:
Nowadays the importance of the knowledge and the competitive human talent as distinguishing point between the companies is well-known. In the scope of the organizations, this new reality is reflected in the increasing concern with the valuation of the human being as a whole. Leaving of this point of view, this study objective was to present some of the impotencies of the management for practical of the Knowledge Management and shown the necessity and importance of this strategy for the success and motivation of any organization. The Talent Management can consist in an adequate methodology to the preservation and the good use of this knowledge as tool for the survival of the organizations in the competitive market.
