Resumo:
The main goal of this project is create a marketing plan, theoretical and practical, for Elo Group, a consulting company in automation and outsourcing of business process management. A situational analysis from the environment helped to understand more in depth about the studied area and to develop the best strategies. Looking for a better use of this plan and to make it a practical one, the actions sugested were structured in the basis of the 5W1H, an action plan instrument. Also, to support these actions, a control system with performance indicators were determined. Therefore, it will make feasible increase the Elo Group market share and consolidate de company in the market.
