Resumo:
The globalization, the awakening of the internet, the constant flow of information, the rising of new technologies and the struggle for new markets has brought the need for corporations to create synergy between strategic planning and its office-staff employees. Corporative education is one of the ways of qualifying employees with more efficiency and especial contents, although this is not an easy result to reach. In this work we will be able to identify the obstacles in SENAC s project of corporative education, and what could have been done to get the best performance.
