|
The objective of this study is to propose an strategical
and an action plan
for a nonprofit organization. The methodology used makes
possible the
analysis of the conception and legal registration pre-
requirements. Based
on strategic administration models like the SWOT matrix,
and the
organization environment, was possible to propose a fund
raising plan
proposition for the reach of its strategical objectives.
