Resumo:
This report will explore in details the main strategies used during the launch of rotavirus vaccine in Brazil by GlaxoSmithKline. All pre-marketing activities, strategic plan and its implementation will be analyzed. Different approaches selected to private and public segments will be discussed as well as market segmentation and market research results. A brief explanation about the pharmaceutical market and vaccines segment will be presented. At the end, relevant facts and result of some analysis will be exposed.
