Resumo:
This final report was inspired by China s accelerated growth and the appearance of a more and more intense demand for making business with her. However, because of the language barrier, the need for a Chinese course was pointed out to attend this new public. Before thinking about designing a Chinese course, it was necessary to come up with attributes and identify those that lead an individual to choose a Chinese course in Rio de Janeiro city. Qualitative and quantitative researches were carried out to identify these attributes and from this point analyze which one of them was considered most important for the costumer s choice.
