The objective of this work is to show the management and
software
development techniques aiming to improve the performance of
the information
technology department reducing the operational risk. The
results of the study can
be applied in several kinds of organization, which has the
same purpose, helping
the technological area to reach the target in a organized
and structured way
without risks. This work is a case study showing the
concern that the bankers
have with the software development.
