This work intends to evaluate whether the launch of Glade
Sany Pedra
Sanitária was well succeeded or not, based on SC Johnson
internal volume data,
market volume and distribution data and field research done
with sales force and
clients. The performed activities, the changes occurred in
solid UTR market and
the impacts in the category were evaluated. Furthermore,
comparisons shall be
made to targets and forecast.
