Resumo:
This work aims at to identify the actions of improvements that must be taken by the Miramar hotel to search to attract more the corporative market. Having as objective to better understand the necessities of this profile of customer and to analyze the strong and weak points of the hotel pointed by the customers, of this form suggesting solutions. As reference for this study, they had been boarded books and articles removed of the Internet on the hoteleiro market, marketing and 4Ps of the marketing, the importance of the marketing of services, the study on the behavior of the consumer and the necessity of a planning of marketing for a company. The results gotten on the Miramar can be been valid for the same in the function occurring improvements for the future, these presented in the end of the study as suggestions and recommendations for the company.
