The objective of this reserch is to understand the effects
that mobile
number portability will have on the behavior of mobile
service consumers. More
specifically, how their susceptibility to changing mobile
phone companies will be
affected. This reserch also studied the degree of consumer
satisfaction with their
current mobile phone company and their level of loyalty to
those companies. To
acess these variables, the SERVQUAL model, by Parasuraman,
Ziethaml e Berry
(1985) was used.
