The business environment is in constant transformation.
With that,
projects turn to be very impotant and strategic because
companies use
then to adapt to the changes.
This work makes reference about a case, presenting how the
projects are manage in a bussiness division of a large
multinational
company. Analyse how is done the planning and controll work
to maintain
the alignment of this projects with the company and
business division
strategic. It focus the project management and strategic
planning at Vale
LogÃstica.
