The assigment will cover the use of graphology in the
selection process so
as to verify how much it can contribute to the best
selection of the candidate. A
comparative study of the traditional methods and techniques
of graphology will se
made by using a bibliographic research as well as the
application of structured
interview aiming to obtain information about the use of
this alternative in
processes of conscription and election in a specific
company of the computer
science segment and another leader of the market in the
production of meats of
birds in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
