This paper analyzes, from the strategic and financial point
of view, the attractiveness of starting up a Caviaterie, a
kind of delicatessen specialized in different types of
caviar, in Rio de Janeiro. Analyses in market
characteristics and the behavior of the consumer suggest
that there seems to be a good investment opportunity.
