Resumo:
This work aims the evaluation of financial results that the company would get with the possible increase of sales gotten through the implementation of some tools of marketing. It is supported in a theoretical referencial, in which the characteristics of some strategies of marketing are analyzed: i) Propaganda; II) Telemarketing; III) Public relations; IV) After-sale and v) Promotion of sales. To prevent that the study is vulnerable to some external factors, it was complemented by the development of a research, having considered three distinct scenes, of which some basic premises for the interpretation of the results had been gotten.
