Resumo:
This research involves the analysis of the viability of implantation of the e-commerce at Papelaria Gardenpel LTDA, in the vision of the company s organizational consumers. The main objective of this study is to identify and analyse the aspects of more relevance in the way to achieve the sucess of this new selling and comercial relationship chanel, in the perspective of the corporative clients. The results of this research show that the sucess of this enterprise will come in a short/long term period, identifying the following aspects as being the key to the development of it: security, faster, easy to be used and price.
