This work, through a survey on a costumer satisfaction of
two McDonalds, aiming towards the
improvement of
service performance allowing for a greater costumer
satisfaction. The
accomplishment of this work, the attributes were classified
in determinants
and it was made a research work with the costumers of the
researchess.
