Many studies have been made in such way on Organizational
Climate an also on Social
Responsibility. This study has the objective to identify
the importance of Social
Responsibilities activities to organizational inside
public.
The research was carried out, during May of 2006, with
Companhia Vale do Rio Doce, a
mining company that the headquarters are located in Rio de
Janeiro.
It wasnt possible to identify a correlation between the
Social Responsibility Policies and
Organizational Climate particulars.
