This project is focused on a small company that manufactures handicrafted bijou with exclusiveness to its clients, which are mainly the biggest Rio de Janeiro fashion clothing stores. The project seeks to support and orientate this company s structuring process, what lead to identify and classify all work processes, as well its internal and external interactions. Through this, the project awakens for the necessity of practical usage of process management knowledge in order to provide a global view of all activities and to its coordination.
