Resumo:
The objective of this work is analyze if the company Icatu- Hartford indeed develop an Endomarketing program just as the on that is described at the concerning bibliography. For that, was done an analyze not only of the program that the company develops and consider being as on of Endomarketing just as an analyze of what the concerning authors says about the Endomarketing program. In order to analyze if the company indeed develops the program, a research was done with the employees to discover theirs perception of the theme. In order to understand better this subject marketing and Endomarketing concepts were expounded to a vast comprehension of the theme
