Resumo:
The stationery store sector in Brazil suffers, every year, with the classes return seasonality in January and February and with a smaller return to the classes in July. Having this in sight, the solution found by the stationery store sector, also by the department of stationery store of Americanas.com, was going to search for new market niches, such as, corporative customers, Hobby Art line and product kits. From these new ideas, it has gone to the increasing of Products Portfolio and the development of a corporative sales strategy (B2B), to increase sales and obtain positive results during the year.
