Resumo:
The objective of this research is to identify if the indirect sales channel is the correct choice to supply all the necessities of telecommunication market enterprise clientes. This type of market shows a very aggressive market share competition and it is in an expansionist situation. The study focus in the analysis of Empresa W the number one in Brazilian telecommunication market. The assignment provides a study from the past results of empresa W sales and tis quality indicators levels, also a risk study from the channel and its third part enterprises profits. With all these information, others studies from the sales channel were realized and the assignment reached its conclusions.
