This monography has as a goal analyse the succeding process
of familiar
enterprises and propose sugestions to make easier the
transition of the first to
the second generation of the enterprise BIGMAR Rebocadores,
trough a proper
preparation of his futures successors so they can assume
their functions with
competence and responsibility, because the globalization
and the increase of
competition put pressions for familiar organizations to
become professionalized.
