Resumo:
This study analyzes the most important attributes to a parking garage client. The conjoint analysis method was applied in the study in order to identify the desirable characteristics to the parking garage clients. The development of the work is composed of two steps: choosing the attributes to be evaluated by the participants and analysis of this evaluation. In order to choose the attributes to be judged, a series of interviews were done. Afterwards, the collection of data through the questionnaires was done. Finally, with the assistance of the SPSS 11.0 Windows software, the study reached the objective to identify which were the marketing strategies to be used.
