The present work tries to show that motivation is a factor
of greate
importance in the organizational enviroment and has as
global objective identify
the expectations and what motivate the most of
collaborators in a highways s
concessionary, in this case, the Intervias.For so, its
done a study of case, trough
out a questionary, where a research of motivational factors
related to the work of
collaborators is done. Was verified, that the collaborators
remain in the enterprise
because of the benefits, which serve to their needs, and
not because of the lack
of opportunities on the job market.
