Resumo:
Through out this study it was possible to identify the main attributes analyzed by the consumers during the choice of a shipyard, and to search the satisfaction of the customers with the services given by the company Shipyards Itacuruçá Ltda., that offers services of maintenance for boats. Through the study of the market where the company works, marketing of services, and aspects on the behavior of the consumer, a marketing strategy was developed aiming a optimum positioning of the company against its competitors and the improvement in installment and making public the services provided by the company
