With the creation of new legislation in the television
sector, the TV for
signature enters in the market with the possibility to
transmit great varieties of
canals. Then, the paid concept of TV appears , and the
consumer started to
have more requirements to the offered service.
With the intention of assisting the managers of the
companies who act in
this branch, a research was elaborated to identify the
expectations and
perceptions of the young users of TV for signature, and
also the reasons of
satisfaction and dissatisfaction
