|
A well design with uniform flux distribution is desirable
to delay water/gas coning at the
well. Improvements on the well design and completion
techniques depend on a study of the
parameters influence on the behavior and productivity of
horizontal wells. This parametric study
allows us to obtain the optimum well project. Besides that,
we can also achieve a better flux
distribution with techniques that correct the flow rate
profile; we studied an unevenly distribution of
the holes in the liner along the production pipelines.
