Resumo:
This case study involves the analysis of the business planning process toward an internationalisation, through strategic alliances in countries as Brazil for example. This type of internationalisation is very practiced and discussed nowadays. The main objective of this study consists in understanding the principal criterions that the german company Langguth, wine producer, may take in consideration in potential strategic allies in Brazil. Bibliographic researches and the interviews with the company experts made possible to be seen that the principal Langguth´s challenge, based on a multidomestical orientation, consists in promoting its image to brazilian market, what demands partners with this strength.
