Current literature on management presents an increasing
trend in the
valuation of the people of the organization. In reply to
this trend the companies
formulate strategies that aim to the best exploitation of
its human capital, having
as one of the main strategies the Evaluation of
Performance. The present study
has as objective to investigate if the same criteria are
applicable to a company of
the Third Sector, in the specific case of Foundation AVINA,
and to verify if the
applied method takes care of the necessities of alignment
of the individual
productive effort in accord with the objectives of the
organization
