In this study the history of the stock exchange will be
cited, since its
sprouting in the past to its appearance and implantation of
the market of Stock
exchange in Brazil. The Law of Stock market of July of
1965. The different stock
markets of Brazil, with emphasis in the Stock markets of
Rio (BVRJ) and of São
Paulo (São Paulo Stock Exchange), responsible for the
biggest volume of
negotiation and the dispute between them. Years 90, after
difficult period of
government of former-president Fernando Collor, the Real
Plan and the Evolution
of the Stock markets. The technological advance helping the
modernization and
offering better services to the stock market. The fusing of
the Brazilian stock
markets, if becoming an only market, its new structure and
rules. Fortalecimento
of the Brazilian Stock market and its important function in
the Brazilian economy.
