Resumo:
This project explains how the implementation of a performance system metrics can drive an organization to be recognized by stakeholders as high performance. Performance, productivity and quality indicators establish an organizational control and show managers gaps to be improved. This improvement can be reached through routine automatization and process optimization. And to put in practice those innovations, it is necessary to stimulate continuous training and knowledge exchange between employees.
