Resumo:
This report aims to propose better results for the relationship program performed by TIM´s dealers. To achieve that, two market researches were done. The first one was based on the study of variables that influence the development of the program, that is, the life cycle of the consumer, the marketing of relationship, the fidelity and the program itself already in use. The second part was based on a questionnaire which includes three specific actions: Sales Convention, Sales Reunions and Events and Gifts, and their respective activities in which the respondents could evaluate the degrees of importance of each for the good relationship with the company. Finally, a comparative analysis of the two was made and it was concludes that the program developed by TIM was efficient, but to suit the dealers´ point of view it should have some insertion and focuses in some activities.
