Resumo:
In the current business environment with fast technological changes and economic development, many companies are reviewing their strategies to remain in the market. The organizations had noticed that the differential to get competitive advantage is in the knowledge of its intangible assets. This way, in the Knowledge Ages, it is basic that the companies line up its strategies and processes, to promote a favorable environment to the knowledge generation in direction to the innovation. This is the case presented in this monograph, the IBM, searching for competitive advantage for costs, made a transference of an area from the United States to Brazil and, for this, used the Knowledge Management as an easier and innovative strategy that supports the process.
