Resumo:
Due to the large competition in the mobile phone industry, it comes to attention the importance to companies in keeping their actual clients and gaining new ones from the competition. In this context, the following research is elaborated by the information from young clients from the mobile phone companies that act in the Rio de Janeiro market, with the objective to pinpoint the attributes that have greater value in the loyalty of the young public. The study also seeks to relate the young client satisfaction with their tendency in staying with the same phone company. And also, it aims to study the option of switching your cell phone as a tool for retaining the young public.
