A business plan for the construction of a commercial
establishment in Praia
do Canto, in the city of Vitória-ES is analyzed. The
structure will have six stores
on the first pavement and twenty offices on the two upper
floors, all of them
available for rent. The studies indicates that the project
is feasible due to the
great expectations of growth in the local economy in the
next years, which makes
the project an excellent investment opportunity.
