Resumo:
This work had as objective to analyze how much the packing of a product is important at the moment of venda and to identify the perception on the part of the consumers on the packing of the product in study. In accordance with the results of this research, are made on analyses and recommendations for the Companhia Brasileira de Petróleo Ipiranga and professionals the areas of marketing and departments specialized in packings.
