Resumo:
This essay focuses on analyzing on how the Organizational Culture can influence on the company s performance. To reach this goal a thorough research was conducted involving a case study the car dealer X, a company s unit of the Brazilian vehicle market, created in 2005. On the basis of a qualitative analysis, in this work was analyzed what factors were considered to be important to the company in order to achieve success in such a short term in the market. The result of this study strengthens how the organizational culture can influence directly on the company s workers thus achieving a better performance.
