Resumo:
Nowadays, in the country where we live, it is of common knowledge that the most diverse necessities and lacks of the Brazilian population, including educational and health service, are not completely supplied by the state performance. The initiative of private companies in the attempt to supply part of these lacks has revealed very important for the population, but also for the companies for lots of reasons. The banking sector has adopted this initiative and is one of the sectors that more invest and divulge such ambient and social activities. Admitting itself that these ambient and social activities can exert influences in the sectors behavior, this study tries to investigate the level of conscience regarding such activities, as well as the attributed degree of importance they for the consumer and also to identify to influences in the consumer
