The business of Gama Bezerra is focused in selling
veterinary products for
equines. Over 45 years it is owner has been performing in
this segment in a
victorious way but, with recent sector competition growth,
it is time to evaluate
how business image is appreciate by consumers. It has been
done a research to
evaluate the most important characteristics to a business
image construction
aiming changes for giving services. With research results,
it is possible to realise
many good strong points and others where service level
could be improved. Lots
of conclusions were made from field research that will
allow to develop new
strategies with the aim to guarantee business efficiency on
long term.
