Resumo:
This monograph develops a research on the influence of the organization culture and its processes of change, analyzing its peculiar characteristics in a small family enterprise. The company chosen for such research was the CLINIC IMAGEM, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, which has as main activities the accomplishment of examinations of magnetic resonance and cat scan. The cultural aspects of the organization had been analyzed before and after the project of fusing with another companies of the same branch. Thus, it was possible to observe the aspects of the existing organizational culture in the company nowadays and to trace projects of changes to reach a new organizational culture and conquer its objectives.
