Resumo:
With the advent of the Information Era, society became defined and labeled by its methods of accessibility, distribution and process of information, producing significant changes in the organizational environment. The survival of the organizations relies on its capacity to adapt to the changes occurred in the environment. Organizational individuals suffer the direct impact of change processes occurred within the organizations, since they compose the intellectual capital that sustains the organizations. The objective of the present study is to analyze the individuals behavior, executer level, faced a re-organization process based on the resilience model. It was identified that, even tough the individuals adopted a resilient posture in the present time, 15 months from the change process, only one individual showed true acquired commitment accordant to the support patterns of resilience proposed by the model. The non-application of the change management model by the organization contributed to such finding.
