Resumo:
OXICOLOR is a small company that is on growth phase, which can be decelerated because the company did not develop some key areas, as for example, of human resources. This paper had the main objective to identify which activities of human resources would be more important for the company at this moment. Initially, it was made a bibliographical and documentary research together with the general director and the oldest employees interviews for the elaboration of a form, that aimed to help in the identification of these activities. Further on, the forms were applied in all the employees and from the analysis and structures of the results it was possible to reach for a conclusion.
