Resumo:
This monographic paper has the main purpose of presenting Brazil's armored plate car industry, aiming the companies objectives in conquering new potential consumers. The armored plate car industry is currently increasing; however there are still many potential consumers to be explored. Through the project work, concepts regarding armored plate, decision- making purchase options, market segmentation and consumer behavior are explored. Based on that, a results analysis is performed, in order to later present solutions and recommendations.
