Resumo:
Monthal s Night Lingerie is an organization that is very concerned with its product s quality (night gains, pijamas and bay-dolls). The company has been in the market for 15 years and until now it had not done a study of it is actual position in the night lingerie s market of Nova Friburgo. During the analysis, some questions came up: What is Monthal s position in the night lingerie s market of Nova Friburgo? And how can the company raise its rentability, ofering orientations for a strategic repositioning. After the study of these concepts, a qualitative field research will be made with the owner of the organization, consumers and deliverers of the region to identify what is the actual positioning of Monthal and suggest it is re-positioning in this market.
