Resumo:
This paper will deal with the role of Performance Evaluations as a tool in organizational strategies, demonstrating the far it can contribute effectively to reach the goals the organization itself have compromised to. Will be done a study of the importance of the Performance Evaluation in human resources processes and organizational strategies integration, through a bibliographical research and the application of a questionnaire, with the intention to get information about the usage of this tool at the company in question.
