Resumo:
This study it aims at to consider an adequate methodology of performance evaluation to the effective administrative norms of the company to be presented. Some subjects like traditional methods of performance evaluation, performance evaluation s dimensions, 360, 180 and 90 degrees evaluation, by competences, potential and the importance of feedback will be treated in the present work. The study it brings a general view about evaluation by competences and has an objective to consider this method with an objective evaluation in order to be implanted as system of evaluation in the organization.
