The business plan has as a main goal to analyze the
viability of a service of
individualization of water bills in buildings, using the
German measurement standard.
The study compared the installation techniques and the
equipments being used by
other companies and the techniques proposed by the use of
the new equipment.
Besides that, the study analyzes the external environment
of the water consumption
market and plumbed water, and its actual situation.
The study concluded that there is the actual need of the
new service, therefore
it needs to perform a marketing poll to see the financial
viability proposed by the
business plan.
