The search for comfort, currently, makes delivery services
show its great
chance of yield.
In this study, individual interviews with the seniors
citizens segment had
been made, in order to identify the main attributes
considered basic in this kind of
service, to plan its development, positioning in the
market and to analyze the
business viability.
In this research, could be perceived that the difficulty
of locomotion and the
problems of health make this public have the necessity to
use this kind of service.
With the information gotten the service characteristics
were developed, esteem
the initial price, costs and expenses.
